HDNet has had Smallville on for the past few months, starting with the pilot and going through S4. But I'd like to watch S5 now, and I'm sure it won't be on TV anytime soon. Is S5 available to D/L legally anywhere? If not, when do the DVDs usually come out? Thanks.

(and FYI: HDNet is starting back from the pilot next Wed.)

They just started re-running it in its usual time-slot. The first episode of S5 aired this past Thursday.

Smallville sets usually hit in September, I think. I assume you've already seen S1-S4 because I can't imagine you're just jumping into here.
