I.D. this espionage movie
When I was a kid I ran across a movie on tv, but I only got to see the cool introduction. I think it was a film out of the 70's and not a made-for-tv film.
All I remember is a narrator talking about the dangers of being a courier, someone who carries top secret information. He gets to the topic of death and they show a drowned courier in a trench coat floating in a canal. I think his hand is handcuffed to a briefcase.
