"Cold Stones"
A frenzy of borrowing money hits the crew; Carmela waxes philosophical on a trip with Rosalie; Meadow relocates.

Pretty good ep., definitely worlds beyond the last two weeks. While the parts of Carm and Rose in Paris seemed slow, they were very good in terms of photography and visual presentation, if that matters for anything.
R.I.P. Vito. Nice little nod to the Celebrity Fit club thing at the end!
I guess war is about to start, though that's what we all thought last season at this time and it didn't happen.
I wonder who the person they were refferring to in the "It's done," phrase was? Are the last eight eps. already in the can and shot, or have they yet to be done?

Good episode. Theres been way too much fluff this season. They could have ended the Vito thing a while ago. The Carmela stuff this week wasn't very good, until she saw Adriana's ghost again. AJ's stuff wasn't that good either. I'm hoping all this stuff comes full circle and actually has a meaning.
I think they're thinking of taking out Phil. Also I expect a huge cliffhanger(s) at the end of this season.

I also enjoyed this episode. Could've done without all the Paris stuff, and Carmela acting like an idiot in front of Ro. That was just painful. But overall I thought the pacing of this episode was much better. Plus that dancer was ridiculously cute.
Anyone else find the "Last episode of the YEAR" thing annoying?

Interesting turn of events. Tony made the decision to whack Vito, but was a little slow. He's in a bad position now.
You knew the money dropoff from the NY guy was going to go sour. I hope they washed the knife before they cut the bracciole. "Sil hit him first!"
Aww, Adrianna found Cosette in heaven. Drea de Matteo must've been happy, a free trip to Paris for one line.
One thing I learned when I was 20 and something Tony should definitely know by now, when a stripper goes down on you and has to spit out your load, do not let her kiss you, even on the cheek.

I was wondering if her mouth was still foul and sticky.

Good episode this week. I enjoyed the brief exchange Tony and Melfi had.

Great freakin' episode.
At first, I thought Sil and Carlo were setting up the fat dude. Then I realized Sil and Carlo just got pissed at him and stuck a knife in him.
Great line by Carlo when Tony came in:
"Sil hit in first!"

Another great episode from a season that, despite bringing about such negative reaction from fans, I've had few problems with. I'm glad Vito finally got it... I was ready for him to get killed since last season. I mean, you don't show him giving head unless you are letting the audience know in advance it is a plot point they will at some point revisit. Vito's death is more deserved now just because he is an idiot, moreso than him being a gay mobster. He was tucked away where no one could ever find him, and here he resurfaces expecting everything to be okay? Yeah, get him out of here... Alot of strong acting this time around, particularly from Van Zandt as Sylvio. I think my favorite thing about the episode was Melfi's legs though.

Haha, I didn't even pick that up, with Frank coming out of the closet. Thank you to the board for that one, I'll keep coming back now.
Great episode, all around. And sorry for those who were bored, but the Paris scenes were fine with me. I was there recently and it brought back a ton of good memories.

I voted for the so-so episode, just for all of the Paris crap. Wasn't a fan of it.
Iger certainly has lost a lot of weight over the years. I know that he has grown up now, but he looked almost waifish in that shot with his shirt off. I was half expecting to see him in a gay chatroom. That would have been an interesting situation for Tony.
I am sad with how the whole Vito thing played out. We all knew it was coming, but since he was such a big part of the episodes for the last couple of episodes, I'll miss seeing him. I'm sure this will help to set off the whole NY/NJ war, especially with the killing by Sil and Carlo.

I thought it was interesting that while Carmella was gone, instead of sleeping around, Tony decided to do some parenting instead. (Everyone knows getting a BJ doesn't count as cheating.)
