Ka-Boom! Don't blink or you'll miss it!

It's weird seeing Jane (Sara Gilbert) because she was supposedly on the "3rd shift" while moonlighting on the WB show "Twins", but with that show over, she's back on E.R.

Morris posing while taking a picture of himself in bed with Albright was hilarious

Hopefully we won't see Vic anymore

He's the main reason I have only watched sporadically this season.

First complete ep I have watched in a long time - what a freakin' downer.

This was a tough episode all around tonight.

Pratt has come home from his stint in Darfur, and sees the victims of child abuse up close and personal, and feels powerless.

Neela gets great news and devastating news on the same day. She get a surgical internship, and then finds out that Gallant was KIA. Neela's reaction to Gallant's farewell tape was very sad.

Ray was in no man's land w/r/t Neela.

Vic's meltdown (poor taxi cab) was a long time coming, but I guess this might be the end of the road for him at County General.

I thought an even better morsel of acting from the luscious Nagra was when she walked out to the waiting room where the two military guys were waiting. Before they had even said a word, she had a tear running down her face, knowing full well why they were there.

I thought this was a pretty good episode. It was encouraging to see a return to the ER of years gone by with the dramatic moments driven by the characters rather than some scarcely believable catastrophe. The preview for next week's episode looks like this may be short-lived though.

^True, and wouldn't you know it, from the preview it looks like whatever shootout takes place will endanger what's-her-name's pregnancy. (sigh)

Good ep, ER still has it.

I like the current mix too, with a couple Carter episodes a season.

When Pratt was talking to the kid who killed his dad, was the whole self-defense speech something done deliberately to tie in with the fact that Pratt had to kill someone in Dafur?

I was hoping Sharif Atkins would rejoin the cast at some point, but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

clemente has been a horrible character all season
and with Gallant, what a shity send off
never should have brought clemente on, should have just had gallnt not do an extra tour and bring him back full time
