hey Mao, has there been news about the running time/rating for 'The Libertine'

supposedly there were two theatrical cuts one with and one without a rating and at a running time of 114min, and another cut at 130min with an R-rating. The TLA video dvd link states it the latter, the longest cut but with a R-rating. Is there not going to be a video release of the unrated version: with the shorter running time? The recently released UK Region 2 release is the shorter but more explicit cut of the film. Sorry if that made little to no sense, but I gather that the US region one DVD release still doesn't solve this enigma.
