"KNIFE WRENCH!"

&

"Ok, and...blacktion!"

had me

The PSA was pretty damn funny too, but made me think that the Office beat them to it.

Dr. Acula. Fantastic stuff...

The funniest thing I think I have ever seen/heard - "Knife wrench!"

And, once again, the show manages to make me laugh uncontrollably, and yet still tear up. Not has a show since "Sports Night" been able to make me do that.

It was weird seeing the goon from Prison Break on there.

It's amazing how this tv show doesn't pass itself off as a medical drama show because, it's more REAL than the shows that do like House, Grey's Anatomy. The emotions and relationships between all the characters are more true to real life.

Directed by Joanna Kerns...The MILF from Growing Pains?

I was somewhat disappointed in the episode. I wanted to laugh but I just found all the scenarios to be fairly forced and unfunny. The PSA was pretty good though.

The only thing I can think to say is: Perfect.

I'd be interested to see how many times in the past 5 years Cox has called JD by his real name. I'm sure it has to be very few.

It bothered my wife immensely.

Dr. Jan I Tor's "Knife-Wrench!!!!!" was most welcome.

And a few great scenes between Cox, J.D. and Kelso.

Probably, she directed "My Common Enemy" back in Season 4.

I totally missed that the surgeon was Agent Kellerman on Prison Break. The beard really changed his look.

yup, would have been a brilliant bit if not for The Office being funnier, first and much more unexpected.

Good episode, was expecting more. But after "My Lunch" I don't see how the episode following can be anything but a slight disappointment.

Do you guys think McGinley will receive an Emmy nod for this season?

Scrubs did get a lot of love from 30,000 USA Today readers in their "SOS" (Save Our Shows) poll. Scrubs got 61% of the love from the voters (the next highest was Veronica Mars with 50% of the voters' votes).

Great as always. Nice to see Ted and the band making an appearance, albeit a brief one. Only Scrubs could make a touching moment out of one character calling another by name.
