Angels & Airwaves - May 23, 2006 (Tom from blink-182)
This is Tom Delonge's new project.
The other band members are David Kennedy, Atom Willard, and Ryan Sinn (although I don't know what other bands they're from).
The single's been playing for a bit now, it's good. If you like Boxcar and blink, chances are you'll like this CD.

I've been following this for a long time now...surprised no one has posted before this. Great album, and I'll be seeing them in San Diego next Saturday...yay!

The only blink album that I really liked was the last one. I like the direction of this new project and the album is pretty good. Plus they are touring with one of my favorite bands I am the avalanche.

The Taking Back Sunday/AVA/Head Automatica tour should be great.. I don't know if The Subways have dropped off for sure, but I hope not. HA has bad luck making all their shows as well because of the lead singer's health problems, so I think they'd need one more support anyways if The Subways are off just to make sure. I'll stay optimistic though. I'd like to see all of them. The AVA album is definitely growing on me.

I'm a huge (semi-closeted) Blink fan. I'm definitely going to get this. I am a little concerned about the Christian aspect, is it overbearing or more U2-style allegory?

Just heard the song and saw the video for "The Adventure" and i really like it. I always liked Blink-182 and i really enjoyed thier last album which showed that they were getting a bit more serious and deep. So its nice to see that with this project Tom is carrying that attitude with him. I look forward to the CD, but im still bummed about possibly no more Blink-182, that sucks...
