Luc Besson's ANGEL-A available on DVD (no English subtitles)
Luc Besson's ANGEL-A is now available on Russian DVD at http://www.alldvd.ca/productDisplay.do?itemId=5111, with French DD 5.1, but no English subtitles.

I actually requested the summer bulletin (for some upcoming French DVD releases) and this one has a star next to it * (which usually means that it will be English friendly). I don't have a date yet though and that is why I did not post!!
