Madden 07 cover athlete released today
ESPN.com says it will be released on the 6 oclock sportscenter and it has been narrowed down to three
1. Tom Brady
2. Ben Roethlisberger
3. LaDainian Tomlinson

LT2 would be their best pick. Time to go back to the running backs.
Tom Brady deserves it but he is kind of boring.
Rothellsburger??? I don't think of a 3 out of 35 attempts QB when I want to play Madden.
Maybe they will add phantom TDs into the game!

That doesn't sound like someone who goes 3 for 35..
Now, if you said something like 14 for 22 that would make more sense.

I really can't wait to see how the steelers do next year. Losing Randel El is big to me, I mean, now they can't score since, most their scores any game I watched, came on trick plays he's involved with to some degree. Seriously don't they run like 2-3 plays for big yds using that guy? Should be intersting to see that offense.

Listen I started the thread and how often is it that a video game is featured on ESPN sportscenter, usa today, and every other sporting section. This is big news for video games. Gamers should be happy that a game gets national attention. I think its huge news when a company pays another company to announce a product on their flagship show with interviews and discussion by NFL players. Gallant pig my mother, father and wife dont know what game system I have or even where to buy games but I gaurantee they will know who is on the Madden cover.
