After the video jumps and everyone is sort of stunned for a moment, as if something bad just happened. Apparently someone yelled something racist but it was removed. Anyone have any idea that this was all about? The video description is OH so helpful.

Uh, those are the typical stunned reactions after somebody gets eliminated. Nothing out of the ordinary in that clip.

I think everyone was just stunned that Idol voted off two people at once, something they've never done before.

What are you all talking about?! There was an obvious video skip in there. Keep your eyes on Mandisa's face. It's totally discernible in her expression. Also, you can see Taylor about to applaud when his attention is suddenly drawn out to the audience and he stops.

Not sure what this video proves since there is nothing to compare it to. If anyone has it TIVO'd or taped you should take a look. Preferrably, it should be the East coast airing.

So why is it a racist yell? Maybe someone swore too loud that it could be heard everywhere. If you were rooting for the person and they got voted off, you might drop an S or F bomb.

if you go to the american idol website, the video is shown, and there are no skips. looks like someone just had a bad tv feed for that link.
