I was completely uninterested in watching this movie, until now. For some reason, I'm itching to see it. And I've bought a lot of blind buys before, but the current DVD looks slack, extras wise, for a new release. I wonder if a SE is coming any time soon?

If they were to release a special edition, it would probably be the unrated, extended version. You can get the theatrical edition for fairly inexpensive. I'd go for that - the movie is entertaining enough as is.

and knowing Sony...they'll be a least a total of 3 or 4 "special editions"...just like Black Hawk Down :P

the movie is entertaining but I doubt they would release an se. maybe for hd/blu ray.
