Jadow, threadcrapping is not appreciated by the other posters here, especially since the episode has not even aired yet. Please stay on topic and do not derail the thread before the discussion even begins.

overall a pretty good episode. lots of little things that made it both good and bad. when josh was standing on the chair to give the troops the 'pep talk' i was really expecting him to fall off but it wasn't to be. a couple of really sad moments though. the scene with cj in the oval was moving for me. even though this show hasn't been as good since sorkin left, it's still been a show that i have been with for 7 years and has been mostly great. it will be sad when it leaves in a few weeks, even though it is time for it to go and there will always be dvd's. and then the end was just
on a happier note though, i really hope that someone might post a high def screen grab of donna in the beginning.

I am so not looking forward to the last 6 episodes.
To sum up tonights episode in one word: SEX!
I hope that one guy wasn't the only one writing all the speeches. I would be going cuckoo bananas with just 2, let alone 7+.

With all the hook-ups in this episode, I was kinda wondering if Leo was going to get the classic Sgt. Esterhaus exit. I guess it's not really a place for a death that evokes both sadness and laughter.

This was just an ok episode, I think they could of handled the election a little better. Agree about Josh/Donna sort of sucking too. It is like they dealt with Will and whats her name better then Josh and Donna.

Can anybody remember the last scene Leo actually did? With characters going in and out, I wasn't sure how much more of him we would see. I knew there were five unaired episodes he would appear in, but it seems those went by pretty quick.

Although it was largely a big tease for the election and was annoyingly Wellsian in the final frames, I really enjoyed this episode. Whitford's performance was fantastic, and he really captured that impossible feeling when you've worked your ass off non-stop for so long, the moment of truth is finally upon you, and there really is nothing left to do but wait. I love how he followed that kid to check up on the Foo Fighters.
When I first saw Charlie, I thought "Oh look, a reunion guest star!" Then I remembered he's still in the cast.

Come on, people, where's your sense of humor?
I liked this episode. I really liked Charlie's explanation for why CJ should take some job offers home to review.

Considering this is at least the third time Jadow has posted the exact same line, the humor has worn off.

Not the best episode, but not a bad one either. Of late, my favorite recent episode was the one with the til they drop press conference and the briefcase.
I prefer episodes that focus on the Vinick camp, not because of Rep versus Dem, but because I just like their staff more (especially Bruno and Vinick).
I realize that they are now tying up all the loose ends, as the series comes to a close (the "Final Episodes" NBC ad was rather sad to see), but all the romantic plotlines were a little much. They could have spread them out a little more.
Definately looking forward to next weeks episode, though. Should be a great one.

Wow, I didn't realize Donna had so much going on under her blouse.
Have you noticed that the Santos camps is filled mostly with young cover models while the Vinick camp has 40-and-older people who mostly look like Stephen Root? Although Patricia Richardson's replacement is quite the firecracker.
