Ripped of By Digital Eyes

I have ordered "Steve-O - The Box Set (2004)" this was 4 months ago! Since I
have FULLY paid for it and have not heard anything about it I have to assume it
is not going to come. It is still catergorised as 'On Order. Back in stock
Soon!' how long is it going to take or is this a discontinued item.

Now DE has merged with DVD planet and DE refuses to respond to emails



Anyone got any ideas?

I think that their e-mail address has changed. Try to contact them through the DVDPlanet e-mail address.

I suggest actually picking up the phone and giving them a call.

Did you get a shipping notice, Digital eyes does not bill you until they ship unless you like pay with paypal or something.

Also I notice that they are bad responding to e-mails just call the # on their site they have very good phone service.

Thanks for taking the time to post. Send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I will look into this. The only way you would have been charged was if you prepaid by PayPal. We do not Rip Off customers and I don't understand why you have not been responded to since we try to answer all inquiries within 24 hours.

Yes I did use paypal and I live OVERSEAS therefore cannot use 'PopPit' sarcastic idea of 'actually' picking up the phone without paying more than the actual DVD is worth.

Unfortunately because emails are not responded to I am forced to make a post as a last resort.
