I have to agree with you on that one...WORST EVER...thought so last week, but it was on after Idol, and I thought I would give it another try. I hate everything about it...especially the contestants. From the stupid secrets, to the way they vote, to the outcast outfits, to the confessional, EVERYTHING. Will not be watching this one again, giving it 2 thumbs

When they first agreed to all vote for that one guy, I thought it would be hilarious if the show ended after just 2 episodes.
I wondered if that one guy who changed his vote was a network plant.

I'll give them credit for coming up with a unique reality show.
And I don't see everybody voting for one person, there has to be other tricks up their sleeve (people voted off can't vote, or whatever).

I just hate the whole show. I only watch it just because it's right after American Idol and everything else is midway through (I tivo Lost). I especially hate the host who reminds me of a smug Seth Green and who tries WAY too hard to sound melodramatic.

I'm thinking that it would be funny if nobody ended up with the money, or if they do, it's a very small amount ($3,000 or so).
But I agree, I don't see this show sticking around for a second season.

They're trying way too much at once here. I know the idea is to make it more exciting or unpredictable, but it ends up just being tedious. The main idea of a unanimous decision was interesting in theory, but they neutered it by making everyone vote for other people. I've talked to people that say "Yeah, but then everyone would just vote for themselves." Well, I say "Exactly!" This is when the countdown clock would have added excitement. It would really force people to decide between their own greed and deciding to be charitable enough to give someone else money before it's completely gone. But as it stands they've more or less null and voided the interesting part of the basic concept, which was their only selling point in first place.
Plus the contestants suck... how boring that (almost) everyone had decided to cave and give this guy $1.5 million after such a short amount of time. It reminds me of the overly dull first season of Big Brother. The cancer-faker is the only interesting person on this show.

I kind of wonder if the whole thing is just a scam on the audience. It's setup to look like a reality show but then at some point they reveal that it's some show about a reality show and that we're all suckers. It would be incredibly stupid of Fox to piss of their audience, but this is something I wouldn't put past Fox. I mean, for goddsakes, Steve sobbed while talking to his wife after ONE friggin day!!

I'm ashamed to say I tuned into this crap during a commercial break and stayed to watch it.
Yeah, I was hoping for that, too.
I haven't seen enough of this program(only like 20 mins of 2nd ep) to know the ins and outs of the show. Do they have a private interview room? I didnt think that dude was a plant, but I couldnt help wondering if maybe the producers did some instigating/coaching during the interview session in order to save their investment. And yes, I also felt that the contestants were behaving oddly, like bad actors. Things seemed so...umm...forced?
