Capote - Bad disks or just mine?

Just wonder if anyone else is having a problem with the Capote disc? When I get to scene 21/22 where he is just being confronted about the title of the book, the disk freezes up. Cannot get the thing to skip to the next scene or get it to play on a computer past this scene; it is just freezes.

Going to run and return my disc as a bad copy, but wondering if anyone else got a bad disc.

It's probably just your disk; just return it for another copy. I didn't have any problems with my rental copy, either.

If it won't play on a computer, it probably is a bad disc. Is that the point where the layer change is? Maybe the second layer is bad.

I had the same exact problem with my rental copy from Netflix. And I tried it on two different DVD players. There were no scratches or smudges on the disc and I know I was the first one to watch it since I got it on the day of release.
