Top 3 reality show thread

Yes, of course there are some real bombs out there, but just forget about those.

List your top 3 favorite reality shows and give some reasons behind it.

1 - Intervention. If you haven't seen this show, you are in for a real treat. These people are usually so out of their gourd, they never see it coming! lol.

2 - Black & White. Simple, look for the right combination of racism and ignorance in people, put them in a house together and watch the chaos that will ensue.

3 - Psychic detectives. This show is like a flashback to poltergeist with that crazy old midget lady/thing except this is a weekly series, lol.

I pretty much only watch Amazing Race, so that's the extent of my list.

I hope this show is as good as it can be.

I still predict that no one gets a dime.

I don't consider AI as a reality show but if it is so classified, that's no. 1 for me.

Dog the Bounty Hunter

Can't think of 3, since I won't watch most of them.

Murder in Small Town X.

The only "reality" show I watched and enjoyed.

But are shows like "Ghost Hunters" considered reality shows? If so, that'd be my #1.

Forgot about Ghost Hunters. If that is counted, it would be my #1 as well

My favorite, show in and show out, has to be Joe Shmoe.

Hard to argue with this.

Paradise Hotel was so strangely addictive as well. I still feel dirty having watched every episode of that 3 summers ago.

I hate to call Survivor and Amazing Race reality shows when they are really game shows; very good game shows, mind you.

I will say that the first year of Apprentice had me. But that show has not held up to me. I finally cancelled my season pass the other day.

TylerDurden1985, as a new member here you need to be aware that it is considered rude to tell other members to "shut up". Please be more respectful to others in your posts. Thanks.

I'm too lazy to type the reasons but...

1 - The Mole (by a million miles - this show was so fun and so smart, the perfect mix of a reality show and a game show and it didn't lower itself to crap like eating bugs, please ABC bring this back!)

2 - Amazing Race
3 - American Idol

Have to go with four, in no particular order:

Beauty and the Geek
Joe Schmo 2
Survivor
Amazing Race
