Ayone have the Tales From The Darkside series on dvd?

Has anyone on here purchased any of the sets that are being sold online? Can you tell me if the quality is ok and if it is worth my money?

Mod note: I'm not 100% sure but I have STRONG suspicion the set that is currently available are bootlegs. If someone can provide evidence to the contrary please do. I'll leave this thread open for now until we can determine one way or another. Please don't talk about the set itself until the legality has been resolved. The posts will either be deleted and/or it may cause the thread to be closed.

thx

They are bootlegs, but if you're not totally disgusted by VHS you can get several volumes pretty reasonably. I loved this show growing up and hope it comes to DVD soon. Having the Twilight Zones and Tales From The Crypt sets has really got me itching for Amazing Stories and Tales From The Darkside.

Don't forget the Monster series, which was a lot like Tales from the Darkside and Tales from the Crypt.

That's what I thought, as per the rules since we discourage the discussion of bootlegs here I'm closing the thread....
