Fantastic Four cartoon to debut on Cartoon Network -- Fall 2006
The good news is that the Cartoon Network has commissioned 26 half hour episodes of the show in order to air this fall.
The bad news is that the cartoon is aimed at 6-11 years old kids.

It can't be any worse than the other FF cartoons (the original one, the Thing spinoff, the one that replaced the Human torch with Robbie the Robot, and the craptacular one that came out on DVD recently). But they cancel (or put on hiatus) Justice League and pick this up? Why not just go after another Xmen cartoon?

If the animation looks anywhere near as bad as the action figure line planned for the cartoon, I'll certainly pass. The Thing with a blue "4" painted on his chest? Freakin' retarded.

Thought I'd bump this as this is coming back starting this Saturday (6/9, 9:30pm) on the Cartoon Network. Some episodes weren't so great, others good (especially the Hulk rampage episode). I'm sure this will garner more interest since the sequel is coming out soon. I believe the
shows up in this Saturday's episode.
Spoiler:
shows up in this Saturday's episode.
