You could forget your lyrics and break into mime and I would likely rather watch you than Kevin singing "Part Time Lover." That joke isn't funny anymore. It is creepy with him because I think he believes the jokes about him. He thinks he is a super talented hot sex symbol with street cred. It's painful to watch.

Happy to see Ace isn't as popular as I thought. The fewer weeks I have to hear that god awful voice, the better.

Lisa being in the bottom isn't that shocking. She's good, but I have often wondered who her target audience is. She's yet to really connect with the audience, but she could at any time. She does have skills.

Yeah, this is probably good for Ace and Lisa as their fans will definitely remember to vote next week. I really hope that Kevin doesn't make it much further. He's got a decent voice, but this almost seems like a mean joke just to keep the worst guy in. Melissa seemed nice, but she wasn't that great to begin with and then she screwed up her lyrics so it was probably her time to go. Hopefully the theme next week is more exciting, or at least more varied so people can show off their specialties.

those 2 are competing directly against each other.. once one is gone, the other will do much better

not really fair to them.. but thats the nature of this show

the same can be said about most people in the top 12 each year.. everyone has their set of fans, and when multiple people have the same set of fans, its going to cause their numbers to suck

Lisa was a pain in the ass when she was on Star Search. I'm not shocked--but her parents sure were.

As for Melissa, well, she was pitchy and got the lyrics wrong. I didn't think it was "edgy" in the least. She's cute but not quite there in a major way.

There is this whiff of superiority that comes from Katharine that I don't really like. She ain't humble.

I thought it'd be either Melissa or Bucky, given how last week's eliminations went, but for Ace to be the lowest guy vote-getter (even Kevin getting more votes!) has to be a huge shock! Also starting the show 1st is never that great a spot, so Ace had that going against him as well.

Seeing Lisa in the bottom 2 is pretty sad in some respects (talent-wise, probably top 8), but she just doesn't have a mobilized fanbase like many of the others have at this point.

Kevin also gets the 35+ year old womans vote as well...I never found Melissa that hot, I mean she looks like about 1000 other girls I grew up with so. I was a little surprised to see her go but damn, she did forget the fucking lyrics twice.
