BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN is proof that Ang Lee should make Spider-Man/Hulk buddy movie!

Hey, he's got an Oscar, he's got more clout, let him make it! Brokeback shows he knows how to do buddy movies with two people having irreconcilable differences, and we know Spidey and Hulk have that!

I know, it's idiotic and won't happen, but it's just about as logical as the reasoning in this thread

BTW: I had an image that I saw online of Hulk standing behind Spidey in a promo shot for Marvel, and it looked suggestive and would have helped the joke. But it wouldn't work in image transfer, so use your imagination!

I'm not a fans of Hulk on its comics incarnation or the TV series, but I think Ang Lee did a fantastic job on the movie.

I was listening to a podcast with Kevin Smith and he talked about how if not for anything else you have to admire Lee's willingness to take risks. He went from Sense and Sensability to Crouching Tiger to Hulk to Brokeback. The best line was when Kevin said "Who would have though Ang had a Hulk movie in him? ...or not as it turned out."

I like to see Ang do more Asian films. CTHD is still one of my favorite of his, I have not seen Eat Drink Man Woman but I heard lot of people liking it so I should probably check it out.

Fantastic 4 and Daredevil sucked but the Hulk was nowhere near as bad as those two.

I feel the need to chime in with a previous Ang Lee film experience -- I was trapped on a seven hour plane ride with Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and almost went insane. My opinion only, of course, but UGH!

Hulk was a disaster.
CTHD was horrible as well. The whole time I kept thinking Chow Yun Fat is great but it felt as if he was plucked from a great movie into this stinker.

Didn't he also direct RIDE WITH THE DEVIL with that snaggle toothed singer in it (I think her name is Diamond or Necklace or somthin)? I had to turn that off after ten minutes, it was so boring!

FF and Daredevil weren't nearly as ambitious as Hulk. I actually like the trio of movies, though none are spectacular, they deliver where they should. Hulk smashed shit, the FF use their powers to save the day, and DD...well, he can't see too well. (though the DC is pretty good).

This would contain the worst love scene ever. I'm just curious about which character would take the Jake Gyllenhaal position.

I haven't seen many of his movies but really loved CTHD (one of my favorites) and enjoyed Hulk (save for the tacked on ending).

I don't know... the Hulk was kind of boring and dragged on and on and on. Kind of like Borkeback.
