American Idol: What happened to Mecca Madison?
I apologize if this was already covered, but does anyone know what happened to the young contestant/belly dancer, Mecca Madison, one of the few from Vegas who made it to Hollywood? I thought she was really good and I don't remember seeing her at all after her audition.

Personally I'm wondering about two women from North Carolina: The one with the huge family (great voice) and the single mom who hit on Ryan (ok voice, good personality) Neither ever showed up again, as far as I know.

That's just wrong LOL..
But yeah AI has been centering on kooks on the show and letting completely talentless people in the finals. I think a lot of the people that fall through the cracks are probably the better singers...

what happened to that weird Michael Jackson dude that Paula let through?
do they just let some people through for tv, then call em a week later and say "Naw you not going to Hollywood, we was just fuckin' with you..."
