Have Any Of You Seen..that old MTV cartoon 3-south?

that old MTV cartoon 3-south?
it didn't last but 13 episodes before it was cancelled, but it was the funniest show in the history of animated television, in my opinion.

do any of you know what is keeping it from being released on DVD?

Welcome to the forum. You should really change your title so people will know what you are talking about.

I caught a couple of episodes of the show and I thought they where very funny. I wished they would release this in DVD. I can't even find a place to download some of the episodes, thats how unknown this show is.

I watched this show as well and would buy a DVD season set in a second if it were released.

Didn't it has Brian Dunklemen (American Idol)? Is this the right show?

Yes, Dunkleman was involved with this show and provided his voice as well.

It also had the voice of Brian Posehn. I also remember the animation was similar to Gary Larson's Farside comic strip.

It started out godawful but got progressively better as the episodes went on, albeit in a really, really stupid sort of way.

I'd rather have MTV'S DOWNTOWN on DVD though.

I would buy 3-South and Clone High.

I would rather have The Maxx first.

Do any of you guys remember a MTV cartoon from the early to mid 90's called 'the brothers grimm'? If I remember correctly, I think it would air right after beavis and butt-head.

Actually it's The Brothers Grunt... not one of MTV's most popular series! I heard some guy just put together a homemade DVD of the show, but I doubt an official set will ever come out from MTV itself!

I loved 3 South and would buy the complete set. I would also love to see Gary and Mike released to DVD.

i spoke with someone named justin fite, from us.imdb.com, who apparently has been trying to get mtv to release dvds of this show for years. since viacom has yet to give in, he has made his own set, which are ALL the aired episodes.

but wait, it gets better.
he contacted the creator and got three UNAIRED episodes.
awesome, right?
yeah.

his email is [email protected]
he's selling them for 12.99 each, plus 4.00 to ship.
pay through paypal, and there's no way he can scam you.

i'm not advertising for him, or endorsing this.
i'm just letting you know i found this last night, and wanted to post for those of you that are interested.

IN OTHER NEWS, where is rocko's modern life, the brothers grunt, and the head?
ahahaha i hope you guys remember the head.

But you are endorsing him...and bootlegs are not allowed here. Plus other people on IMDB said that guy is a thief and scam artist.
