What are you buying this year?
I'm reviewing the release list and cant decided what to buy. Let's see your purchase list of big name title for the rest of the year.

DVD Talk Limited Edition
A ton of dvds. Last year saw over 500 additions to the library. This year will probably not be as much, which will be good on my wallet.
Definites include:
King Kong (both Theatrical and EE)
Harry Potter
Munich
Disney and Miyazaki films
a lot of Criterions
Other than that, it's things that haven't been announced yet, and whatever I find used in my pawnshop and game store runs.

This is going to be a light year. My only must-haves are:

The rest of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig
the new Kubricks
Arrested Development S3
There might be a few random ones that pop up inbetween, but that's about it, really.

I list them by the week because it would take forever to list 400 or 500 titles right now. It will be a big year.....just like every year. Throw in HD-DVD and BR and I'll have another hundie at least.

Probably quite a few more DVD's than usual since I've kind of gotten into this now. Thanks a lot everyone!
Some I know are:

Superman Returns
Lois & Clark Season 2
The Flash: Season 1
Smallville S 3,4
And probably many more if I get good deals. I've been really hitting the 4.88 deals walmart has been doing lately which is causing my collection to grow quite a bit.
I may hold back though since we are hoping to buy a new house with a walkout basement this year which will then begin my project of a dedicated theater area. Then I'll have to finish it if needed and buy a projector and upgrade my speaker system
I guess it all depends
