House III and House IV??

I didn't even know those movies existed. The only releases I can find are on Asian sites like yesasia.com. Are these worth seeing? Will they ever be released otherwise? And has anyone seen these two movies? I bet they are bad, but I'd like to own all four of the House movies.

I remember seeing House IV back when it came out, but don't remember much about it except it had Roger Cobb from the first movie in it. 'House III' actually wasn't released as that in US, it was released as The Horror Show, and I don't really know why it was released as a House sequel anywhere since it didn't have anything to do with the other movies.

Well, I can tell you that House 3 was released here in the states as "Horror Show" it wasn't bad but was more like a "dead serial killer coming back to haunt the cop who caught him" movie than a House movie. It has Lance Henrickson as the cop and Brion James as the killer. Not to bad of a movie.
House 4 it seems like I've seen it and it has William Catt returning from the first one....but for the life of me I can't remember if it was good or not.
here is the Horror Show on vhs, can't seem to find it on dvd
so you can read about it.
Hope ny of this helps.

House IV sucked. I saw it a couple years ago on that show that Joe Bob Briggs use to host on TNT. I think what the people who made it tried to do was restart the series because even though it has William Catt in it, they recannon his story: House 1 never happened, instead of a son, he has a daughter, and I believe he gets killed at the beginning in a car wreck which also paralyzes his daughter from the waist down.

In the UK Anchor Bay put out a House Boxset with all four films that I imported last year. It's a nice set. Here is a link.

I liked the first 2 House movies, but these sound a bit worse.

Part 2 was too cheesy for me and I heard they didnt get any better. The first was a classic, though, love it to death.

I used to love House II as a kid, but it was hard to watch it again as an adult. On the other hand, I have alot more love for the original House now.

The original House is a great fun film.

Anyway as for House 3 aka Horror Show. I know the film was heavily cut in the U.S. to avoid an X rating. I heard some of the R2 releases while not fully uncut. Are still more explicit than the U.S. release. Though you'd better research this first before buying just in case.

I saw it on cable a few months ago for the first time, and while not a great film or anything. It was an alright time waster since nothing else was on.

I have to agree with Big E. House 4 is not good at all. There is one particularly gross scene where someone is forced to drink a rather gross liquid, but I am not going to ruin it for anyone. I give it three skulls and crossbones. As for House 3, I havn't seen that one.

Finally, someone agrees with me. And this question goes out to anyone who's seen House IV: wasn't there a seen with a talking pizza?

I don't recall a scene with a talking pizza, but I started reading a magazine about 15 minutes into it.

But I did find it very strange that the daughter was using an antique wooden wheelchair. And how did she get it upstairs to her bedroom?
