They are the single best source for tv on dvd related questions. The DVDtalk forum is also good. The bargains section is not the place for this question.
Season 3 came out a little before Thanksgiving. Logically 4 will be out soon. As of now the only indication is Spring 06 from an insert in season 3.
p.s. welcome to dvdtalk

Yes Gord's site is quite excellent!
I believe, though, that like most FOX releases, THAT 70's SHOW is on a 6 month schedule. Which means a new season gets released every six months. I'd expect Season 4 to be coming out sometime in April, even though no 'official' date has been set, yet.

It's not that the sets are delayed, it's just that they are on a certain time schedule like others have already said. It's weird, I know. Most tv shows take a long time to come out, usually six months apart with the only acceptions being the Star Trek sets. Those little bastards came out faster then my credit card would have liked.

Well they have been editing out music, so they have to go get the rights to songs used or replace/omit the music.
One example was in the Season 1 or 2 set (it's the episode where Donna gets drunk on a date with Eric), Donna comes out of the kitchen in a hot dress and part of Brickhouse plays. On the DVD, it is silent when she comes out. Then Eric says Brickhouse, which ends up making no sense.
