I just recently got Farcaspe: Season One and noticed that there are also Farscape "Starburst" DVDs. What exactly are those, and do they contain stuff that are not in the season sets? Also are there any other Farscape DVDs that I will need in order to have a complete collection in addition to all the season sets and the miniseries? Thanks.

the new "Star Burst" editions do in fact have special features.



The above is my homage to perhaps the funniest dvd talk thread of all time. The Starburst editions are the way to go with these. I took all my old sets and returned them for the new editions!

Not exactly a correct usage of the term "flipper"...
...but only the Season 1 and 2 Starbursts are double-sided. ADV has switched to using four DVD9s instead of two DVD18s with the season 3 Starbursts.

Whatever, you know what I meant. I just don't like double sided discs because the freeze up in my player. I also read that about season 3 being single sided so I will buy the starburst sets from that point on. Until then I will stick with the older, single sided discs for season 2.
