no love. I liked the start in b&w. and faye as a guest star was great.

Hodges is becoming quite the character, he's the new Greg.

Just watched it - enjoyable episode (and still the best of the 3 CSIs, in my opinion). Greg was busting me up, epsicially at the end with the hat.

good episode.

I liked the ending musical montage and the fading into b&w at the very end.

I was a bit let down by this one. Its good to see Cathernies back story with her Mom and Dad and to see her mom in the old photo etc. But overall the show left me wanting. Wouldn't a good hit man know better than to use his fingers to close the eyes even if were an emotional moment? Still better than most of the shows out there but not at the top of the game...

And they relied on that tried and true (AND IMPOSSIBLE) zooming in of the the surveillance video to get a look at the bar code on the airline ticket....

puhleeeeze!...

Pixels are pixels--computers are awesome but they can't invent what isn't there.

I hate when crime dramas rely on this cliché

Oh, not only did they zoom and from 50 feet away and figured out it was a plane ticket...THEY READ THE BAR CODE!!!! I'm a video producer, so I know what's possible with video and what isn't, and normally I give them a pass, but this was too much.

Yeah, I always get a chuckle out of how they can always close in on an image, "clear it up", and solve the case that way.

If that worked, we wouldn't need ATSC, Blu-Ray, etc. We'd just put more processor power in our TVs, and we could deliver at least 16000 x 9000 pixels from an NTSC transmission.

Good acting, but I thought she looked like a poster child for the evils of excessive plastic surgery.

Where did we see that hitman before? He was in another episode - but I forget which one and what he did.

Any one know?

He was in an Episode where his daughter was the victim. She died in a hotel/casino during Prom I believe. The girl who was a suspect in his daughter's death turned up dead, so they brought him in for questioning.

Series: 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation'
Episode Title: 'Formalities'
Episode Number: 507
Synopsis: "Grissom abruptly leaves a dinner honoring Conrad Ecklie's appointment to new Assistant Director of the Crime Lab after he gets an urgent page to rush across the street to a hotel suite where a high school student was found dead. Dayshift CSI Sofia Curtis assists Grissom with the case. The autopsy reveals that the victim died of suffocation after one of her classmates was kidnapped from the party. The CSI team now races to find the kidnapped victim before she is found dead, too."

Just watched this off the DVR last night.
I was kinda thinking the same thing. Plus she has these GIGANTIC fake looking white teeth. Does she have dentures or an overdone cap job?

Helgenberger looks alot better in normal clothes than that green dress. Redheads should never wear green!! Or white.
