I've seen some with only 20 listings. What about beyond? Is there a site that has the full, most updated listings of how they did each week?

No doubt, you wanted a list running from one on down. A quick search turned up these prime-time grids with ratings for each show at TV Week. Click on the week in question. You'll need adobe acrobat to read them.

I use this which shows viewership in millions and is updated every week. But the url will change, so just go to www.latimes.com and click on Entertainment and TV and Radio and look for the current ratings. They usually are updated every Wednesday morning.

Up until a year or two ago, The Futon Critic has a really nice, frequently-updated archive of all the shows on TV. But the Nielsen people asked them to remove all that info: (more info here). Too bad, because it was a great resource.
