Weather Man 1/31 or 2/21 ?

DVD answers reported a while back and still has this being for the 31st of this month
yet on bestbuy.com it is scheduled for the 21st of February

Can someone clear this up?

To my knowledge this is to be released on 2/21/06. Unless they want to release the nicer original artwork on the 31st of January.
