DVDProfiler- Help with updating

I've got a big FS thread going and have sold some titles locally on craigslist, is there any way to automatically renumber my titles? Let's say I sold a title I had in as #45, I don't want to renumber everything above that.

Found it!

Collection, Reassign collection numbers, Eliminate gaps.

I never understood the reason for the whole numbering thing. I don't number mine.

I number by release date. It helps when others view my collection to get an idea how many I'm up to. It's not a big deal to me but people do ask.

Me neither. If you number them for when you bought them, what do you do when you sell off something that's been upgraded or you just decided to get rid of? You can number them alphabetically, but the numbers will change constantly.

That's what the renumbering feature is for.

It also fills in the gaps as you add more. If I sell/delete title #25, the next DVD I buy and enter will be #25.
