Includes the usual public domain titles we've all seen before (selection obviously varies by remaining stock in ea. store), but a good and cheap chance again to pick up some old serials, great Max Fleischer Popeye and Superman episodes, and a few decent movies in there as well.

For that price, you can watch 'em and pitch 'em!

Yea, i saw those. it's hard to believe there's an actual dvd inside. It doesn't make a sound and it feels totally empty. I had to take a peek inside to convince myself. The only titles that interested me were black & white dragnet & andy griffith show episodes.

I agree. I bought 3 of them before Christmas ($1 each) and asked my gf if she was sure there was a dvd inside. I got ripped!

I saw some of these today. I wondered about One Step Beyond & Rocky Jones, but settled on Ozzie & Harriet as sort of a gag gift for a friend & the Jimmy Stewart disc with Made For Each Other & Pot O' Gold. Noticed another disc that seemed to have several of the Harryhausen fairy tales in one place.

I bought like 20 of these last year when they were .25 on clearance. Never got around to watcing any of them. There still on my to watch shelf. I might check and see what they this year.

Picked up Superman last night - wasn't thinking the DVD would be glued to the case, but it came off fairly easily.

Better hurry, when I left work this morning they were about to salvage what was left of the 4 for a buck clearance so the rest of one spot could be planogrammed today.
