Chicago Razzle Dazzle Edition - when will it go down in price?

I see the Chicago Razzle Dazzle Edition comes out next week, and so far the prices are $20-ish. Being a Buena Vista title (means I can't get it at CH), does anyone know how long it will be before it gets a price drop? Is there some similar release(s) from Buena Vista that had a price drop after so long?

Usually these re-released editions drop in price pretty quickly (a few months) since most people who wanted the movie already bought the original edition. I'm so sick of this game the studios play with us by releasing the same movies over and over again with a few new extras or 'enhanced' sound quality or something silly like that. These days, prices on all titles seem to drop significantly after only a few months. I no longer buy any titles until they've been out a few months and are under $10 - especially re-releases. And, the re-release must have a ton of new content that wasn't included on the original dvd (like older WB or MGM titles that had had no extras), not just some 'anniversary edition' rehash of mostly the same old content in a new box. I've been suckered enough already with buying multiple editions of the Star Trek and Terminator movies and others, but no more. (Of course I'll be first in line if they release an updated version of 'Our Home at the End of the World' that restores Colin Ferrell's nude scene!)

BV titles take much longer than others to price-drop so I wouldn't hold my breath on it being soon.

Now is the video improved in this re-release?

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. There's still single disc Disney Animated Classics that retail for $30! That's just rediculous compared to other prices now-a-days.
