Elf Infinifilm DVD help

I can't seem to watch Elf in the regular viewing mode. It always has the Infinifilm pop-ups during the movie. I DON'T start the movie in Infinifilm mode. I just start it in Regular mode by selecting "Play Movie", but the Infinifilm pop-ups keep appearing. Please help.

Try this! On the menu, select: Scene Selections, then choose the number one scene (which is the very beginning / opening credit of the film) and performing this task, the movie should play without the Infinifilm pop-up interruptions. If this doesn't resolve the problem, then you may have a defected disc.

What player are you using? I know some Panny players have trouble with all Infinifilm discs. On mine I couldn't pause, FF or RW until I did a firmware update.

Number 23

I experienced the same problem watching the movie "Number 23." BTW don't ever watch that movie. I am using a panasonic player so I guess I need to look into a firmware update. Infinifilm is pointless and obviously flawed.
