A few screenshots of new scenes from Sin City: Recut - Extended - Unrated *56k*

Note: I didn't include all the new footage but this covers most of it....

Each story has it's own title logo now....

Nothing new was added to "Customer" so we move on.....

Hartigan's wife comes to visit....

Along with some cops who know he's covering for someone....

A nurse who doesn't like him for what he supposedly did....

Hartigan calls Lucille...

Marv sneaking through his Mom's place.....

Finding Gladys...

Marv's Mom enters unexpectedly....

Extended scene with Shelly....

Manute and a couple henchmen escape....

But Meho is waiting......

Yeeesh......

A new weapon for Manute....

But he's got 2 guns......

Doesn't matter, his fate is sealed....

Meho got her practice in.....

Well that's pretty cool, thanks for posting. Not sure if I'm going to spring for this new special edition yet though. Maybe in the future.

I'm going to double dip for the extras. I don't care so much that it's an extended edition. Looks pretty cool though.

Awesome! I never got the original release because I was waiting for this. Looks like the wait will be worth it

And I'm just now realizing that the chick who played Deadly Little Meho is in that crappy DOA trailer(and she's the hottest chick in that movie from what I can tell).

I think those screencaps looks great. It's cut-glass sharpness.

Thanks. I ran each one through Photoshop CS2 to make them look the best.

Can you watch the original cut of the film on the new DVD, or is it only the extended cut plus ability to watch each story separately?

That's what I'm wondering as well. I held off on the first DVD, but if this is an extended cut only version I'll have to get both.

The recut and extended dvd features the uncut version and theatrical version so you dont need to buy both.

Sweet! I heard it would have both cuts, that is why I held off on getting the first disc. Were there any other extras on the first release not ported over?

IIRC the first release was barebones.

Dissapointed there's so little added footage. I'll watch the new stuff but will probably just stick with watching the theatrical from than on.

I've read somewhere that there's only 4 minutes of added footage... I thought it was going to be much more!?

It actually is quite a bit more ... but the majority of it is the title sequence and end credits added for each of the four vignettes. So while the runtime is increased by approximatlely 30 min or so, all but 4 minutes of that is title sequence reruns.

My only question concerning the supposedly "unrated" version of "Sin City:" do we actually get to see Bruce Willis' cock this time or is he still a sexless eunuch in the new version?

C'mon - a naked man strung up by his arms and we don't see his penis once?
