The fine print on it says that you get 10% off electronics and games with that coupon.

That does not apply to DVDs. DVDs are included in the 25%-off offer. They always have been. If you run into a clerk who disagrees, just ask for the manager.

DVD's are NOT electronics although some stores will argue that. I have always gotten 25% off on DVD's when using this coupon.

DVDs are media like books magazines CDs or video games. They have no elecronic components and hence are not electronics.

There's actually a Border's coupon good just on the lightsabers. I think it was 20% off. My wife and I were both given a set of various paper coupons a few weeks back and that was one of them. Sadly, I don't know if there's an electronic coupon version for this.

how many times can these coupons be used?

let's say I print out 7 and go to borders once a day and get something, will that work? or do the coupons have specific numbers?

You can use as many as you want, just probably not in the same transaction (YMMV, with the cashier you get). Many actually say "one per customer, per day" but the scans/codes are NOT unique. I have used several in one day before with no problems. In this case, I actually went to different stores since 1 did not have all I wanted in-stock.
