Much better than last week.
"I have a feeling that tonight you might end up being Jackie . . . Ohhhhhh." That was the best line.
Ted was not as annoying tonight. Probably because he wasn't whining about not finding a girl.
"To the Lemon Law . . . Self-clink!"
Valentine's Day 1998, eh? They were dating over 7 years before he proposed then.

The bad thing about this show is that if you directly contrast it with "Two and a Half Men", the writing and the acting are just inferior to TaaHM. HIMYM just works too hard for its laughs. Both Ted and Marshall aren't all that funny, either separately or together. On its own, HIMYM hasn't quite found its groove yet, but I don't know if it ever will.

Funny episode.
Anyone recognize another Freaks & Geeks alum on the show last night? Martin Starr (Bill Haverchuck on F&G) was the geek Kevin that Robin tried not to "lemon law" until Lily got impaled.

Funny ep. Loved the sword fight. It was pretty close to something I might have actually done with my best friend back in the day. Loved that the lemon law caught on by the end of the ep. Everyone was pretty funny this week, even Ted. Good stuff.

Hmmm, I thought this was the worst episode yet. I was just really bored by the whole thing. Isn't rent in NYC like ridiculously expensive? Yet Lily can afford to keep an extra apartment that she never goes to? Ok.
I thought the whole sword fight thing was dumb and unfunny. I am thinking about dropping the show. I'll give it another week but it is close to being off my Season Pass list.

Ted and Marshall are doing less and less for the show. I am Bias because I like to look at ladies. So the guys usually get more criticism from me. But I can't stand those 2 together. If Barnay or the 2 girls aren't around I Marshall and Ted are worthless.
