I saw these too, and picked up GWTW. I was thinking about waiting for the 2-disc version in January since I've borrowed the title from my neighbor and have seen some of the extras, but this is only $5 more than what that will likely cost.

I was in BJs Warehouse last week and saw The Gone with the Wind SE, the Clint Eastwood box sets, a Humphrey Bogart box set (Casablanca, Maltese Falcon, Kay Largo, and the Big Sleep), a Tracey-Hepburn box set, a Streisand Box set...and more for $17.99 each. I picked up GWTW and would have jumped on the Bogart set if I didn't already have 3 of the 4 flicks.

Well $19 for the 4 disc Gone with the Wind set is a great deal,considering it can't be found for less than $29 at most places online and other retailers. So I picked it up obviouslly since I'm sure it'll go up again soon.

This happened when I saw the Black Hawk Down 3 disc set for the same price at WM for a few weeks. And then suddenly it was gone,and now only available at $30 minimum.

In the interest of full disclosure, the GWTW 4-discer is still $19.97 at Amazon.com. I ordered it with two of the new Disney Treasures for free shipping.

I just posted a new thread about this, but for those having trouble finding it at Wal-Mart, it's also a Temporary Price Cut at Target for $19.99 from $29.99 until 12/05. It's going to be in a future ad, but thought I'd mention this in case someone didn't want to wait until next week to get the price they're already at.

I saw GWTW 4D at Blockbuster of all places for $19.99. So, if you still have a lot of trade-in credit sitting around, this might be an option. YMMV as this was a franchise not corporate store.

They were $17.88 @ my local Sam's Club yesterday. Although, the selection/display wasn't as much - I only saw about 6-7 different titles/sets.
