LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - The "Terminator" franchise is rising again, this time on the small screen.
Fox is developing a pilot for "The Sarah Connor Chronicles," a drama based that will follow the character of John Connor's mother, portrayed by Linda Hamilton in the first two "Terminator" films.
The TV project is a co-production between Warner Bros. Television and C2, the company of "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" producers Mario Kassar and Andrew Vajna.
The pilot script will be written by Josh Friedman, whose writing credits include "War of the Worlds" and next year's "The Black Dahlia."

I'd rather see how Sarah Conner turned from meek waitress in T1 to ultimate badass in T2.
I'll have to pass on this as its from the people who did T3.
Besides...unless they put this on FX, this show will be sanitized for TV.

Trying to guess as to what type of stories could be told in such a series, I mean the movies were basically long chase movies, without the threat of the terminator what will keep people glued in? Extreme T&A with a few sprinkles of lunatic raving?
