Wrath Of Bush - Michael Moore Film

I stumbled across this today. New michael moore movie.
I kind of like Michael Moore movies. I mean they are filled with interesting stuff, even though it may be spinned for the documentory. Though I have to say it's kind of soon for a flick like this though. We'll see.

"Katrina: The Wrath of Bush is a 2006 American documentary film by American filmmaker Michael Moore, which has a scheduled general release in the United States for June 2006. The film will reportedly examine what Moore believes to be the George W. Bush Administration's various failures before, during, and after Hurricane Katrina, and will include questioning of several FEMA figures to find out what went wrong."

One or two more natural distasters/terrorist attacks and Michael Moore could wind up a very wealthy man. I hope he contributes to the Republican campaign fund in 2008.

Wow, forget the Halliburton Corporation, Moore really seems to be the one milking any sort of Bush event for all its worth.

If Bush was the evil genius bumbling mastermind that Moore says he is, Moore wouldn't be around to profit off of all these disasters..

You should never use the word Bush and genius in the same sentence.

thats funny. Though I do reaize that Moore's views are extremely slanted I ejoy watching them both for the entertainment value and just to see an idea from another side ( all be it an extreme one).

I believe that is only a valid rebuttal for something Rush Limbaugh says.

Kudos to Moore. I wonder if he will go along with the idea that Bush blew up the levies.

Way back, Moore used to actually hate Republicans AND Democrats. It will be interesting to see if he is actually able to find any fault in the Govenor or Louisiana or the Mayor of New Orleans. I doubt it, though.

Hm... I enjoy Moore's work (especially his earlier stuff, before he became so notorious), but it's pretty ridiculous to blame the Bush Administration for the fact that a city was built where it shouldn't have been built.

What are you talking about? Michael Moore hates White people. He also hates America and Americans in general, so maybe that's why he doesn't mind getting rich by preaching his worthless propaganda to anybody who will listen.

Well, Michael Moore is to Republican politics in the same way that Howard Stern is to society in general: they're just there to shock us. Not everything he says is necessarily true.

I'd heard mention of it a while back, so yeah, I'm fairly certain it's legitimate.

On a side note: nothing good can come of this thread. ;)

Bush is an evil genius because he's able to get away with all this bullsh** and stay in office.

On the other hand, Clinton screws around on his wife and ppl make him out to be some kind of awful.

It'd be funny to see how many conservative men who have fu**ed around in their marriage voted against Clinton.

I don't think the whole FEMA/Katrina response issue will have much drawing power in a year. I wouldn't be surprised if Moore switches topics midstream, although that would hardly be new for him.

"propaganda": information that is spread for the purpose of promoting a cause.

Hey! That sounds just like your post!

I'm assuming this is the movie Moore did instead of "Fahrenheit 2", which was announced a while back. What happened to "Sicko"? Is Moore going to have two films released next year?

Normally I find myself looking forward to Micahael Moore projects, but I have absolutely no interest in seeing this movie.

Still interested in Sicko, though.
