McLintock! - everyone happy now?

I just picked this up today for $9.99, and I'm definitely happy. Fantastic to see this gem finally get the treatment it deserves...2.35 anamorphic with 5.1 sound, and a BUNCH of extras!

Yup, I sure am. But I'm even happier with Paramount's release of Hondo!

This may be a stupid question, but are these DVDs available in a package, like in a box set or something?

Not right now, though Paramount has been repackaging some of it's older John Wayne releases (Hatari, True Grit, Rio Lobo, etc...) with cover art similar to that used for the Batjac films, so a box set might be in the works.

I can't wait when Republic library goes back to Paramount and they will release even more titles in The John Wayne Collection. Transfers from Artisan are not so great.

I'am waiting for eventual box set of these recently released JW titles. I figure this winter/spring or summer.

Very happy.

Can someone finally release a "good" version of The Quiet Man?
