Anyone seen Lorelei: Witch of Pacific Ocean?

Just got back from a 10 day trip to Tokyo and HK. I picked this DVD up in Tokyo and was wondering if any of you have seen it? They had a 2 disc standard edition, which I got and a 4 disc edition.

It looks like a big budget Japanese version of Das Boot....Anyways, if your wondering about price, the 2 disc set costed like 30 bucks.

By the way, DVD prices in Tokyo are outrageous.

its a commercial megbudget thing from japan. seen the trailer at apple, and it will get some attention cos most things out of the country arent financed this highly, koji yakusho is in it, and (surprisingly) mamoru oshii did the CGI on it... cool.

It's a good submarine movie, nothing extraordinary, but nevertheless entertaining. The CGI aren't the best, but they are not that bad either. I've received and watched my 3 Disc + UMD Box yesterday.
