Pioneer DVR633HS or DVR520? Which DVD Recorder is better

I currently have the Pioneer DVR 810 with Tivo however I'm getting rid of it. I want to purchse either the 633H or the 520. Does anyone have either of these if so how are they? Does the 633 have everything the 520 has but just a bigger hard drive? Thanks

Karli,

I have the Pioneer 420, which is exactly like the 520 but without firewire. I really like it a lot!

The 633 (and 533) have incorporated TVGuide EPG into their system. This has been causing people a lot of problems -- programming not downloading properly, problem with maintaining the proper time on the clock. These new generation Pioneers are also supposed to have dual-layer capability.

If you haven't already checked out the AVS Forum, it's very informative with many new owners sharing their experiences thus far.
