"Hadn't seen any news about this either here or on TVShowsOnDVD.com.
There was a HUGE banner -- next to one emblazoned with the still-ugly-why-don't-you-use-the-sweet-poster-art WARRIORS SE -- in the enormous exhibitor's hall at the San Diego Comic Con advertising "Beavis & Butthead: The Mike Judge Colleciion Vol. 1" (or something to that effect. Beavis' head is seen in profile inside an oval frame. Due November 8. "
If one of our kind dvdtalkers out at comicon would be so kind to snap a picture and post it that would be great.

Would Mike Judge allow anything other than the complete episodes to be released? Wasn't that what pissed him off about the previous release? And he stated that he would rather have fans bootleg the show off of MTV2 than accept cut editions? Or is his name going on a cut set without his approval?

Wow, I have been waiting for a release like this to be likely, now in fact it may be. It should lay to rest the Time Life versions, and the recalled History Of Beavis And Butthead, which Mike Judge had no approval of to begin with, making the non-bootleg recalled Paramount copys even more collectible.

I honestly don't care if the videos are included or not, I just want every episode & uncut.

Beavis & Butt-head were directly responsible for my one and only viewing (although partial) of Carmen Electra's video for one of the songs from her 1992 rap CD. I'm sure I still have it on VHS somewhere, but it would take forever to find it.
I actually have three 8-hour tapes of uninterrupted, commercial-free, non-repeating B&B episodes.

I honestly dont care if the video segments are on the disc or not. While it was funny alot of the time to see B&B make fun of a video or whatever, I really enjoyed the actual adventures they had much much more. That's where the real laughs came in.

A few years back, actually several (2001), I had the chance to talk with Mike Judge and he explained to me how he was working on doing the Office Space special edition.... and that he was not going to release it unless he could do it with justice.... so he is all about the integrity of preserving his vision.... not to rush his stuff out to gain a quick profit, I'm sure this will be no different...

I wouldn't get my hopes up for the videos though. Probably going to be too expensive.

Should've posted this in the Comic-Con thread in Movie Talk and I would've seen it sooner

Without the video's I don't think Im interested. I never really found the cartoons that funny. I only liked it when they made fun of the videos. So...this set may be doomed already lol..
