Your numbers are a little weird (I tried several calculation methods to try to figure out how you arrived at them), but it's pretty close to that. I ordered it this morning.
23.99 * .85 = 20.39 - $7 rebate = $13.39
There's likely to be tax assessed on the $20.39 as the Transworld stores (Coconuts, FYE, Strawberries) have a presence in a lot of states, but it won't get any cheaper than $13.39 unless you have a better coupon.

The Simpsons: Season 6 also has a $10 Rebate. They're selling it for $37.99, so with the code mentioned above, that makes for a pretty good deal. Thanks to the OP for sharing
