Best audio system I have ever seen

That is one SWEET system. Too bad he doesn't take pictures as well as he sets up a audiosystem. I would never leave the house with something like that. Just buy a whole bunch of records (shame he doesn't have a turntable though) and enjoy the bliss. Keep in mind those German Physics Loreley front speakers by themselves cost $90,000. The CD player costs $17,000 and the SACD player costs $16,000.

Nice equipment, but I'm not sure I would agree with the setup. His primary listening area appears to be have seats blocking the sweet spot, he's got wires running across the floor, and for home theater the center speaker/desk/etc is going to present a distraction from the TV.
He should have me over so I can arrange his furniture, hide the wiring, advise him on TV placement, etc.

The viewing room offers no light control whatsoever. Meh, more dollars than sense.

And speakers are only as good as their enviroment - with all those flat, hard surfaces (walls, windows) and no acoustical treatment that I can see, a lot of that gear money is wasted...

Maybe they can swivel around to face the TV. That's my guess.

It's certainly one of the most expensive audio systems I've seen.
