SE's or CE's you would like to see released in R1

After the annoucement of the Special Edition releases of To Kill A Mockingbird, The Deer Hunter, and The sting I was thinking what else deserve an Special Edition treatment. One that comes to mind is the soon-to-be OOP Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. It was $8.99 Canadian but i still held out buying it in hopes of another release. Since it's Fox, well I hope there'll be something special. Here are movies that I would definetly like to see as a SE (only include movies released before). It also includes SEsthat are already annouced, in which i will pick up for sure.

The Maltese Falcon
Network
Wuthering Heights
The Wizard of Oz
Butch Cassidy and the Sudance Kid with other Newman flicks
Double Indemnity (possible Legacy series Edition?)
Ben-Hur (Will buy it first in line!)
The Deer Hunter (i thought this was going to be released in 2008!!)
To Kill A Mockingbird
A Streetcar Named Desire
Bonnie and Clyde

True Lies - The current release is "bare bones", non-anamorphic, and shot through with EE.

Well after seeing the 1945 version of The Big Sleep tonight on TCM, I'd really like to see a nice 2-disc set of both versions of the movie, remastered and pretty looking. And lots of extras.

Also these:
Double Indemnity
Duck Soup
Batman
The Trial
Blade Runner

Misery
A Fish Called Wanda
Battle of Britain

these are all available in R4 as SEs so hopefully the R1 release is not too far away...

I want to pick two very good movies that for whatever reason haven't recieved the royal treatment on dvd yet.

Lost Highway (not ever released in usa, region 1)
1492: Conquest Of Paradise (not ever released in usa, region 1)

those two titles would make awesome SE/CE dvds!

The Road Warrior. The VHS tape for this has a 15-minute behind the scenes documentary. The DVD has a trailer.

Arthur.

Academy Awards won; Best Supporting Actor, Best Original Song. Nominated for Best Screenplay, Best Actor.

Gloden Globes won; Best Picture-Comedy/Musical, Best Actor, Best Original Song, Best Supporting Actress.

The current edition is pan-n-scam only. In the text extra feature (LOL) the director said there are several versions of the scene between Dudley Moore and the moose that are all hysterical. He had a difficult time deciding which one to use. I'd love to see them all, as well as a nice print of the film.

What is happening with the long delayed Blade Runner SE? Double Indemnity might be the next title out of Universal's Legacy Series (i think Psycho, Vertigo and other Hitchcock titles will also get the Legacy Series Treatment). Isn't Batman supposed to be out with the release of Batman Begins? I guess its rerelease will coincide with the relase of "Begins" on DVD. The Big Sleep might come out in the next Bogart set, along with a SE of The Maltese Falcon. Duck Soup might not be revisited for a long time. It's been already released as part of the MArx Bros. Silver Screen Classics Set although a SE will finally do this film justice.

I remember the VHS rental of Four Weddings and a Funeral had the music video for Wet Wet Wet's "Love Is All Around." The retail version didn't. And it's absent from the DVD, as well.
