Did they change the Gilmore Girls box size?
I finally watched the first season of Gilmore Girls. I liked it a lot so I bought the second season as well. It arrived and I noticed that the box was a bit thinner. Is this just beceause I bought my second season from a Candian store or is the US version of the 2nd season slimmer as well? I know it's a bit of a lame question, but I like to know beceause if that's true I have to keep buying the Canadian ones. Otherwise it will be just skipping to different box sizes.
Thanks for the help guys.

You ask this as if it's uncommon for box sizes to change from season to season. Family Guy, The Simpsons...plenty TV-on-DVD boxes vary in size from one season to the next (generally due to fewer/more discs).

The first issue of the second season was distributed in the same type of packaging as the first season (and the same as the first issue of The OC Season One). This packaging involves a "book" of cardboard pages with plastic DVD-holders affixed to each page.
Subsequently, Season Two and The OC Season One have been released in a smaller, slimmer package in which the "pages" are all plastic. This new package design has also been used for Gilmore Girls Season Three and The West Wing Season Four. There are probably others (One Tree Hill looks like it might also be packaged this way now) but these are the Warner Brothers TV sets I've bought like this.
