OK, looks like a tight weekend at the box office with several new entries - so what will take the top spot?

If Cinderella Man is in wide release, then it might squeak by ROTS.

Since a lot of the sneak previews of Cinderella Man sold out on Sunday night (I know all the ones in Vegas did hours before showtime per Fandango), I'm going towards that little Ron Howard flick to be #1. It's on 2000+ screens I believe, so I think it can kick some ROTS ass.

Tough one to call, I'd say it's between ROTS and Cinderella. Then again I wouldn't be surprised if Madagascar puts up a small decline.

If CINDERELLA doesn't end up #1, it'll play all summer. Either way, it's gonna do very well.

In my opinion... the critically acclaimed Twikoff: Electric Boogaloo might jump to the top....

I'm going with ROTS, think it will slightly edge out Cinderella Man.

I should go see ROTS again just to keep it up there... As much as I like Crowe and Howard, Ill rent it later on in case I dont like it. Not a boxing fan and it looks kinda slow. Its summer, I need action, jedi's, and Darth Vader.

I wouldn't be suprised if Cinderella Man finished third or fourth...not because I don't think it will be any good, but I just don't see all those 18 to 30 year-olds rushing to see a period piece drama. Nor do I see parents taking the kiddies to it.

Forgot to mention my pick, I'm going with Madagascar -- never be surprised if the kid movies excel on weekends, and it's held pretty steady throughout the week.

I think I'll be correct just barely, and it'll be Madagascar, since kid flicks only go up on Saturdays...Can't believe Longest Yard. Its appeal is just lost on me, I guess...
