Who sings "Reaching Out"?(Queen/Paul Rodgers related)

Posted this in the Queen and Paul Rodgers Live Album thread, but I don't think anyone is reading it.

At the beginning of each show on the Queen+Paul Rodgers tour, Paul Rodgers comes out and starts singing a song called Reacing Out. Is this a Queen song? Whether it is or not, who recorded it and where can I find it?

Lyrics I found on a site(but couldn't find what album/group had recorded it).

Reaching Out
Words and Music by Hill/Black
Lately I've been hard to reach
I've been too long on my own
Everybody has a private world where they can be alone

Are you calling me
Are you trying to get through
Are you reaching out for me
Like I'm reaching out for you

One way conversations
Going on inside my head
Everybody has a secret world where too much is unsaid

Are you calling me
Are you trying to get through
Are you reaching out for me
Like I'm reaching out for you

Give me your hand
One touch is all that it takes
Ain't it funny how just one touch
Can make up for all of our mistakes

Lately I've been hard to reach
I've been too long on my own
Everybody has a private world where they can be alone

Are you calling me
Are you trying to get through
Are you reaching out for me
Like I'm reaching out for youA

Here's all the info you probably need to know:

http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/f....aspx?Q=498571

Looks like it was originally written by Andy Hill and Don Black, and released by Brian May and Paul Rodgers back in 1986 as a charity single. (I never realized they had worked together before!)

Follow the link above for more info...
