If you liked the first XXX, this is just more of the same. Though they've changed the dorky "extreme sports" angle to an urban one, complete with an awful rap soundtrack and terrible acting by rappers.
Sadly, the only good moments are found in the first ten minutes.

Ya it would be nice if the OP would explain what the thread title means but I"m sure that's just more of my crazy talk.

Hilarious that a couple days after the movie's opened NOBODY has started a thread or posted anything on this. Must be as bad as it looks, and it's not doing all that great with the masses either apparently...

My friend was trying to coerce me into double-dipping into the latest xXx DVD and getting the free ticket. I told him, "No way!" I already have xXx and I don't want to see the new movie.

Yeah, looks like a rental....I'll wait til it is released on dvd and pick it up when it is eventually advertised as one of the choices for 2 for 15 deals and pick it up along with the SE of the first XXX.

I saw it and liked it loads better than the first (which I also enjoyed). It was a solid 2 hours of fun but with some unfortunate CG silliness towards the end. Still, it's a step in the right direction if they decide to continue this franchise.

The movie was ok but the director should commite suicide. The by far worst directing I've seen in god knows how long. I can forgive everything but that...UGH. Im glad it tanked.

This one took itself too seriously. And I still can't get over that ILM did the effects. Did the team that worked on the Scorpion King in Mummy Returns get this job? It was pretty bad.
The opening scene was by far the best thing about the film. I just don't think Ice Cube can carry this kind of movie.

hehe dont know, but i was an ass just in case....more exciting than this aweful movie was...I'm telling you , the directing was completely painful. My thing is this....
You know in a movie when theres some action scene. Then all of a sudden it looks like fast motion like it was sped up or someone hit fast forward. To ME, that is TOTALLY not going to cut it in this day and age of movie making. And every single time I see it , it sickens me. It happens so many times in this movie I wanted to kill the director. Its reason enough to hate this flick if you ask me. And to hear someone say ILM did the effects makes me even more sick. What did they get the janitor to do the work in some back room? UGH....UGH
